Six steps
A documented process, start to finish
1. Symptom intake
We ask about crack width and direction, door and window binding, floor slope and when it started. Seasonal movement and permanent settlement look different on paper.
2. On-site structural assessment
Floor elevations across the whole level, exterior grade and downspout review, crawlspace or basement inspection, and photo documentation of every affected area.
3. Engineering the fix
We size the load-transfer system to the soil and the load path, documented against the 2020 Indiana Residential Code (675 IAC 14-4.4). Engineer involvement is arranged when the scope requires a stamp.
4. Written scope and pricing
Pier type, pier count, depth targets, bracket specs, drainage work and access restoration — line by line, so you can compare bids honestly.
5. Installation
Crews work in staged sections, pull permits where required, drive to competent strata or refusal, then lift and lock the structure in a controlled sequence.
6. Verification and warranty
Post-lift elevations, installation logs with pressures and depths, cleanup, and a written warranty on the installed system.
