Hamilton County sits on glacial till with Crosby and Brookston silt-loam profiles over dense clay. That clay swells with water and shrinks in drought, so slabs heave, footings settle, and block walls take lateral pressure every spring. Fill-heavy subdivisions built through the 1990s and 2000s add differential settlement on top of it.

We install push piers, helical piers, wall anchors, encapsulation systems, French drains and polymer slab lifting. We do not sell cosmetic crack sealing as a foundation repair, and if your home does not need a pier, we will tell you.
